Since its inception, Cure Bank of Egypt has adopted a scientific and organized approach to ensure the sustainability of its services, and the first source of funding for the Egyptian Cure Bank is donations in general from zakat, charity and ongoing charity, as well as the contributions of various companies in Egypt to support the various medical programs of the bank. Since its inception, the Bank has adopted a business strategy that ensures access to patients anywhere to facilitate their free treatment by cooperating with hundreds of medical service providers everywhere in Egypt in order to save time and financial cost for the patient so that he gets treatment at the nearest medical institution suitable for his geographical location.

The medical convoys program aims to provide health care to remote and rural areas that suffer from a lack of health services, by organizing comprehensive and specialized field medical convoys that roam various governorates to provide free medical services to the needy.
