Many children in Egypt face a serious health challenge due to kidney failure, a disease that requires intensive medical care and regular dialysis to ensure their survival.
However, many families suffer from the high costs of treatment, which makes obtaining proper care a major challenge hence the Egyptian Cure Bank offers a dialysis machine program for children, a program that aims to provide dialysis machines for children with kidney failure. 

The program aims to:
- Providing dialysis machines in hospitals for children who are unable to afford treatment, to ensure the continuity of their medical care.
- Improving the quality of life of children with kidney failure by providing the necessary treatment and continuous medical follow-up.
- Raising awareness of kidney disease, through education about the causes of kidney failure and ways to prevent it to protect children from future complications.
